Reservation Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your total rental balance due at delivery.
Payment
The remaining balance is due in full at the time of delivery. No advance payment beyond the deposit is required.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. Since no additional payment is collected prior to delivery, no further refund is owed upon cancellation.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the equipment available to other customers.
Date Changes
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your reservation to a new available date at no charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your original reservation date. Your $50 deposit will transfer to the new date.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions make it unsafe to operate inflatables on your scheduled date, you may reschedule at no charge. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.
No-Shows
If our delivery team arrives and the event cannot proceed due to circumstances on the customer’s end, the $50 deposit is forfeited and no reschedule will be offered without a new deposit.
